The current rates are as follows: the provisional agreement is subject to the EU ratification process. NAV CANADA will not vote until the agreement is ratified. OTTAWA, February 14, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — NAV CANADA announced today that a preliminary agreement has been reached with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 2228, which represents approximately 671 members across Canada. At least one local Ontario union has found an effective response for employers who are doing everything in their power to resist union formation: a superhero comic story designed to tell workers what they should do when they discover that employers are playing their collective bargaining initiatives.
